No pictures today, just my own original reflections :)
This week has been really nice, there is an element of peacefulness that has not been there before. I attribute this mostly to the fact that I have no big projects or papers due this week (disregarding my Old Testament paper due on Monday). So that's been nice. Like, really nice. Call it the calm before the storm though, since after Thanksgiving is apparently going to be madness here - according to my older student resources.
However, I am thoroughly enjoying this week. I believe this afternoon consisted of NCIS and a hour and a half nap. Speaking of sleeping - for some reason I'm not sleeping as well as I normally do. Perhaps the ever changing weather is bothering my core temperature? Who knows.
But I think I'm getting used to college, well... maybe. I miss SB a lot still, mostly just the people I know there. Because, let's face it, I love the weather and the fallness and generally atmosphere over here. I also love how historic everything is and how close each new adventure is. But I miss my family. And my friends. But the friends here are nice too :) So, in the end, I guess everything is kind of balancing out - at least for now.
